Hi Mama, Many people believe that spirit orbs are either gold, blue, or green. If you were using a flash, sometimes orbs can be optical illusions that are a combination of light reflecting off of glass and dust particles. You may find this article about Spirit Orbs helpful.

I took pictures at a friends baby shower. This friend stopped by the road,within minutes of my son taking his own life. I gave her his baby blanket as a gift. In the pic of her opening the gift,there is a big golden orb,in a pic with his oldest son hugging my friend there is a small light blue orb on his leg & in a pic with the gift before she opens it,her sister has a light blue orb on her chest. What could this mean??

Hi Andrea, Many people believe that a gold orb is an angel. Gold orbs are often seen in places of worship. You may want to read this article that talks about gold orbs. hello i really hope you can help...recently i keep seeing a small golden ball appearing in my house it is about 5 feet off the floor and keeps appearing in the corner of the rooms...

Hi Jean, thanks for sharing your experience here at LoveToKnow. If the visitation of the orbs is causing you discomfort in your life, two options you may decide on are either to speak with a spiritual medium who certainly won't think your crazy, or even hold your own Seance to see if maybe the spirit had a message to tell you (although the spirit could already be gone). In most of these cases there's nothing at all for you to worry about. Best of luck!

WHY, DO PEOPLE THINK YOUR CRAZY WHEN YOU SEE SOMETHING LIKE A SPRIT THE COLOR OF A JELLY FISH , ON JULY 2, O9 I WAS BEING HIT BY SOMETHING WHICH I THOUGHT WAS A DOG IN OUR BED AS I ROLLED OVER. TO SEE WHAT DOG WAS HITTING ME AND I FELT NOTHING AROUND ME SO I LOOKED UP AND THEN I SAW THE SPRIT WHAT I CAN TELL LOOK TO BE LIKE 5 FEET OF A BEAUTIFUL GLOW LIKE A JELLY FISH I WAS LOOKING AT THINKING TO MYSELF GOD THIS IS SO NEAT I MUST BE DREAMING THEN THE SPRIT TURN ITS HEAD AT ME THEN AND PUT ITS HEAD ON ITS SHOULDERS AND THEN CAME AT ME WHICH WAS KINDA SCARY BUT I DIDN'T YELL BUT ROLLED OVER SEE THE TIME BUT I WAS SAYING THAT SEEM REAL AND THE TIME WAS LIKE 315 AM SO I ROLLED BACK AND THEN I SAW THE ORBS THEN I KNEW I WASntREAMING THEY WAS HUGE THE SIZE OF A VOLLEYBALL I WOULD GUESS AND 3 OF THEM STAND OUT BUT WAS LITTLE ONES TO BUT MY EYES WAS DRAWN TO THE BIGGER ONES . NOW IM HAVING A HARD TIME SLEEPING AND HAVE THE LIGHTS ONE AND I HAD A FRIENDS OF 30 YRS WIFE DIED ON THE JULY 3 09 SO I DON'T KNOW HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH THAT OR WHAT . THIS IS REALLLY TAKING A TOW ON ME JEAN MILLER

My husband passed away 2 yrs ago I watched as 2 orbs appeared at the end of our bed as he took his last breath one orb was between our feet at the end of the bed it was @8" The other was just above his feet @4" I was behind him so could not tell exactly where on his chest it was centered but a shaft of light went from his body to the orb at his feet the small orb was absorbed into the larger one the shaft of light turned to dust and all were gone as was his life. The orbs had entities swirling inside mostly grays and browns and the sense of peace and love and acceptance was amazing I wanted to go with them too I feel so blessed to have been given the gift of seeing with my own eyes exactly what happened at the moment of his passing. I will never have any reason to doubt that there is something beyond this life.Something(s) came and took my husband's life (spirit) with them to somewhere else.

Hi Jennifer, thanks for your question. There's no real way to know 100% for certain, but if there is currently no other phenomena taking place in your home, and if this is only one photo, then the odds are good it was probably just a light or film anomaly. my friend had tken about 30 pictures of me 1 right after another and only 1 picture came out to have this white to faint yellow color orb in it you can almost see threw it what does this mean do i have a spirit of some kind in my home i mean what ever it is it don't bother my family but i was just wondering if we do have someone with us spiritualy

Hi - thanks for sharing your experiences with the orb photos. The fact that multiple cameras take the same image of orbs existing within the same exact location is very fascinating! You may want to consider researching the history of the house to determine whether anything of historic note took place in that spot in the house? Thanks again for sharing!

Took some photos on my mobile phone at my daughters on New Years Eve and found on 3 of them 2 light blue orbs can be seen, one larger than the other above her settee. When she saw my photos she was shocked because photos taken of that same area on her mobile phone and her husbands phone had exactly the same orbs, in slightly different places, but still above the settee which is postitioned against the wall.

It's all very strange!!

I've been taking photos around my house just after my mother has passed and I have found up to 3 orbs in one photo, over 2 people and 2 animals have all died in this house from some kind of cancer and one orb always hovers over my dad, her x-husband, no matter where I take the picture from, finding orbs is best with a digital camera, motion capture, and flash is ON.
